The G.R.I.T. System is our newest program that combines all the best elements of fitness! In this class, we utilize the latest Heart Rate Monitoring technology to make sure you are optimizing your time in the gym. This program is designed to hit all the important elements of your fitness on its own. But it’s also designed to be a great bolt on to any current fitness routine! In this program, we focus on Strength, Cardiovascular Conditioning, Mobility, and Core. Join our expert trainers for a fun workout with a great community!

In addition to our well-rounded fitness program, we make sure you are optimizing your goals. Whether those goals are taking control of our cardiovascular health, increasing strength, build muscle, or lose body fat, we are here to help tailor your nutrition accordingly. Track your body fat and muscle mass using our app-based fitness tracker!

Can’t make a class time? Thats okay! We make the workout flexible. You can make-up the workout anytime of the day utilizing our On-Demand in facility workout screen!

What does this class include?

Strength & Muscle Building- Progressive weight training, focusing on compound movements, dynamic movements, and isolation exercises.

Fitness Tracking App- All workouts are programmed into our state of the art Fitness App. Tracking each workout, also allowing you to make up the workout in case you can not make a class

To build lean, dense, strong muscle, and increase cardiovascular strength.
